XP360 UV-C Replacement Bulb

A germicidal lamp is a special type of lamp that produces ultraviolet light (UV-C). This short-wave ultraviolet light interrupts DNA base pairing which in turn causes the formation of pyrimidine dimers which leads to the death of bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.

UVC bulbs are filled with either Argon gas or a mixture of rare gases including Argon, Neon, and/or other gases depending on the germicidal requirements for your application. They are constructed similarly to fluorescent lamps and operate the same with a similar discharge device.

The typical life of the XP360 UV-C Bulb is 10,000 hours. However, actual results may vary.
